Old-Fashioned Sweet-Sour Coleslaw(12 Servings!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. green cabbage, cut in 1/8-inch thick shreds
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. distilled white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Place cabbage in large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Mix sugar, vinegar and salt in small bowl.
Add to cabbage and toss well.
Add cream and toss again.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
