Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar to taste
2 sticks butter (1/2 lb.)
vanilla (about 1 1/2 tsp.)
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 eggs
3 Ready-Crust graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes until fork goes all the way through easily.
Skin them; mash in butter.
Beat well.
Add in 2 eggs at a time while beating, about 5 minutes.
Pour into Ready-Crusts. Cook at 350\u00b0 for about an hour (until silver fork comes out smooth).
