Cold Cucumber And Dill Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 medium cucumber, seeded
    1 sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dill or to taste
    dash of garlic powder
    1 c. yogurt
    1 c. sour cream
    thinly sliced green onion
    thinly sliced cucumber rounds
    fresh pepper
    sliced hard-boiled egg
    paprika
Preparation
    Put broth in blender. Add cucumber (cut into chunks), onion, salt, dill and garlic powder. Blend lightly. Stir in yogurt and sour cream until smooth.
    Chill before serving.
    Add green onion, cucumber slices and sliced egg. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
