Sixty Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. hot water
4 c. flour (one c. can be whole wheat)
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients, plus one cup of the flour.
Add margarine and hot water and stir until margarine is mostly melted.
Add rest of flour and mix well.
Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
Turn out on floured board and knead until no longer sticky.
Shape your rolls.
Place on buttered pans.
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
