Tortillas Paraguaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    generous amount of cooking oil
    finely chopped veggies (such as onions, lettuce, broccoli, garlic; optional)
Preparation
    Mix together slowly the egg, flour and salt, then add liquids. Add veggies last.
    Heat oil in a pan until it's really hot.
    Deep fry tortillas with 2 tablespoons of batter per tortilla.
    Turn once, spooning hot oil on top until tortilla is golden brown.
