2 medium yellow squash*
2 small zucchini*
1 1/2 c. sliced celery and leaves
3 Tbsp. butter
6 c. chicken stock
salt or celery salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
