Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
finely snipped parsley
Preparation

Place cheeses in small bowl and let stand at room temperature until softened.
Add onion and Worcestershire sauce, blending on low speed.
Beat on medium speed until fluffy, scraping side and bottom of bowl.
Cover; chill for 8 hours.
Shape mixture into one large ball.
Roll in parsley and place on serving plate.
Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
Serves 12.
