Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4. tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 lb. ground chuck
    8 thin slices ham (12 oz.)
    1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
    Sliced cheese over top
Preparation
    Combine all but the ham and cheese and mix together well. Spread the meat mixture out on a large piece of foil and roll/pat to form a 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Arrange the ham on top leaving a small margin around the edges. Sprinkle cheese over the ham. Starting from the short end, roll up loaf using the foil to lift (jelly-roll style). Place roll seam side down in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes. Put extra cheese on top the last 5 minutes.
