Ice Cream(One Gallon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    2 c. sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. Clear Jell
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. cream
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Heat the milk.
    Soak the plain gelatin in a bit of cold water. Mix 1 cup sugar, Clear Jell and egg yolks.
    Add to milk; cook until thick.
    Add soaked gelatin and 1 more cup sugar.
    Cool.
    Add the cream, beaten egg whites and milk to fill.
    You can add any kind flavor instant pudding, if you wish.
