Easy Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 to 16 oz. fresh ham, cut in 1-inch pieces
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, cut into slices
    1 onion (small), cut into very small pieces
    1 tsp. parsley (dried), crushed fine
    2 tsp. margarine
    black pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    First, mix
    soup
    and
    water
    together; heat until well mixed. Then place potatoes and ham into baking dish.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Salt
    and pepper to taste.
    Pour soup over potatoes and ham.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Don't dry out.
    Serves 3 to 4 people.
