Flakey Pie Crust(Makes 2 Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. butter-flavored shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
7 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Beat together or shake in a jar, then add to flour.
It may seem kinda sticky, but avoid working in too much flour.
Pie crusts freeze real well.
