Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed paste or peanut butter
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain can of garbanzo beans; reserve 2 to 4 tablespoons of liquid.
    Mash beans with 2 tablespoons liquid.
    Beat in yogurt, lemon juice, sesame paste or peanut butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
