Cheese Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheese and margarine soften together, then mix in remaining ingredients.
    Roll into 2-inch rolls; put in aluminum foil (about 3 rolls).
    Chill overnight or longer.
    Slice thin and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
