Christmas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken with rice soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine, cut up
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Do not cook until dry.
    If needed, add more water.
    Keep stirring while cooking.
