Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 servings instant potatoes
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs, separated
Preparation

Prepare potatoes, using package directions.
Add next 3 ingredients and beaten egg yolks.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold into egg yolk mixture.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
