Italian Sweet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 lb. Ricotta
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 to 2 jiggers whiskey or brandy
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add Ricotta; mix well.
    Add whiskey to your own taste and mix.
    Pour in pan.
    Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let it set in oven for 1/2 hour more.
    For best results, refrigerate overnight.
