Milk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt the butter in the saucepan and add the flour gradually, letting it blend without browning in the least.
    Add the milk and stir without stopping.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over fresh, hot biscuits or broiled fish.
