Divinity Fudge(Century-Old Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
pinch of salt
4 egg whites
1/2 c. walnut meats
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook sugar, syrup, water, vinegar and salt to 262\u00b0.
Beat slowly into well beaten egg whites.
Add walnuts and vanilla. When it begins to thicken, drop by spoonfuls on heavy waxed paper. Pack fudge in airtight boxes or cans.
