Grandma'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    13 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 pkg. whipped dessert topping mix
Preparation
    Mix lemon gelatin with 1 cup boiling water.
    Set aside.
    Heat 1 cup water (use pineapple juice if desired) to boiling; add marshmallows and cream cheese; cook until combined.
    Stir in lemon gelatin and pineapple.
    Remove from heat, let set.
    Prepare dessert topping, fold into cheese mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan. Prepare raspberry gelatin according to directions.
    When lukewarm, pour over cream cheese and refrigerate until set.
