German Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 cans cut green beans, drained (reserve liquid)
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 oz. cheese
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and form into 1-inch meatballs. Brown in skillet, then drain.
