"Papa'S Seafood Gumbo" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen okra
    2 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 qt. water
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 bay leaves
    1 pt. oysters with juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make roux with flour and butter.
    Add garlic, onions, bell pepper and celery.
    Cover and cook until transparent.
    Add water, tomato sauce and okra.
    Simmer until done.
    Add seasoning, shrimp, oysters and crab.
    Simmer 2 hours and serve over rice.
