Easy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick melted butter
    1 small can coconut
    1 c. pecans (optional)
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
