Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly; press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Beat the next 5 ingredients for 2 minutes.
Pour over crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for another 20 to 25 minutes.
