Mom'S Parmesan Yard Bird(Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Salt and pepper it.
    Fill a baggy with eggs and water.
    Shake chicken in the baggy (1 piece at a time).
    Fill another baggy with flour and cheese.
    Shake chicken in the baggy (1 piece at a time).
    Pam the pan; place the chicken in the pan and dot butter.
    Bake about an hour at 375\u00b0, turning once after 1/2 hour.
