Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. cocoa
    2/3 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water over all
Preparation
    Mix well dry ingredients (flour, sugar and cocoa) and make 3 holes (1 for the oil, 1 for the vinegar and 1 for vanilla).
    Pour all water over entire ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
