Shrimp Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 cloves garlic
    2 green onions
    1/2 large bell pepper
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut up onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic; saute in butter.
    Add shrimp; cook 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Serves 2.
