Mother-In-Law Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. soda (baking)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat well before adding hot water.
    Batter will be very thin. Pour into greased or wax paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Slice cake into 1/2 lengthwise.
    Place ice cream between two layers of cake.
    Put in freezer until ready to serve.
    Serve with hot fudge topping.
