Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb in small pieces.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Beat egg and blend with butter and flour. Add to rhubarb and mix well. Pour in unbaked crust.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Then lower heat to 350\u00b0, until filling is set.
