Orange Sally Lunn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. orange juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
    Stir until dissolved and set aside.
    Scald milk in medium saucepan.
    Add sugar, butter, orange rind and salt; stir until sugar is dissolved and butter melts. Cool.
