Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple (20 oz.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserve liquid.
    Put pineapple in casserole. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and cheese until thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over pineapple and top with buttered Ritz crackers.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This dish is great as a side dish with ham!
