Italian Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cut up frying chicken
    2 c. flavored bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Dip chicken in beaten eggs and then roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil in frying pan to 370\u00b0.
    Gradually add salad dressing. Brown on both sides.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and cook for 40 minutes. For crispness, raise heat to 370\u00b0 for last 10 minutes of cooking time.
    Serves 6.
