Blueberry Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter. Gradually beat in sugar.
Add egg and milk; beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients.
Fold in blueberries (will be stiff).
Spread batter in greased and floured 8 or 9-inch pan.
