Cream Cheese Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 large pkg. cream cheese
3 oz. pkg. Buddig brand chipped beef
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. mayo or Miracle Whip salad dressing
bourbon
walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Soak 2 tablespoons onion overnight in bourbon.
Combine cream cheese, beef, pickle relish, mayonnaise and the onion soaked in bourbon.
Mix well with fork.
Form into ball and pat chopped walnuts on top or, put in dip dish and serve with crackers.
