Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded mild cheese
3/4 c. broken potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Turn into shallow buttered pan.
Combine cheese and chips over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
