Garlic And Oil Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    5 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    Heat the oil until warm.
    Add the garlic and simmer slowly for about 5 minutes or until the garlic is golden.
    Do not burn.
    You may remove the garlic at this point or leave it in if you enjoy a strong garlic flavor.
    Add the black and red pepper, parsley and basil.
    Stir well and use as desired.
