Triple Orange Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling liquid (water or fruit juice)
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange gelatin
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Pour boiling liquid over gelatin in bowl; stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add orange sherbet; stir until melted. Stir in one can of mandarin oranges.
    Chill until firm in a ring mold.
    Combine remaining ingredients; folding in sour cream. Chill at least 3 hours.
    Fill in center of salad mold with fruit mixture.
