Cranberry Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cranberries
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease Bundt pan.
Put flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a bowl; mix.
Quarter and core apples.
Cut into 1/4-inch chunks.
Put brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla into large bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in flour mixture.
Stir in cranberries, apples and nuts.
Batter will be stiff and seem like there is too much fruit.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Cool 30 minutes then remove from pan.
