Dutch Oven Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
    1/2 cube margarine
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. American cheese, sliced
    sliced potatoes, blanched for 2 minutes
    1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook bacon until nearly done.
    Add margarine.
    Add sliced potatoes, onions and mushrooms.
    Stir gently to mix bacon through potatoes.
    Cover; bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Do not stir. When done, lay sliced cheese on top; let melt through.
