Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. pecan or walnut halves
1/4 c. cream
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Add cream to sugar and stir well.
Add nuts.
Melt butter in iron frypan and cool slightly.
Add sugar mixture.
Have frypan medium hot to start.
Turn heat to low as soon as mixture begins to bubble.
Cook until it becomes dark and spins a thread from the spoon.
Try to keep mixture cooking evenly on outside and inside of pan by stirring constantly.
Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
