Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into 2-inch strips
2 Tbsp. fat
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1/4 c. onion, sliced thin
1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
Preparation

Brown pork in hot fat.
Add water.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
