Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vinegar (in milk)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. milk
    ice cream (favorite flavor)
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and add to mayonnaise.
    Add boiling water and mix well.
    Add sugar and eggs, singly.
    Mix flour, soda and salt. Sift and add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans, greased and floured.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    When cake is cool, quickly put a layer of ice cream between layers of cake, then ice the cake with Cool Whip.
    Freeze immediately.
