Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whole milk
    1 1/2 c. converted rice
    about 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Pour the milk into a baking dish.
    Add the rice and stir together.
    Bake at 325\u00b0, stirring it each time it gets a thin crust on top.
    Bake until thick.
    Remove from oven and add enough sugar to sweeten.
    Serve warm or cold.
