Little Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until light and fluffy.
    Beat in applesauce. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter mixture; stir just enough to moisten.
    Spoon into 36 greased tea-size muffin cups.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
