Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. ice water
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
Preparation

Beat eggs and vinegar and ice water.
Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in Crisco and add egg mixture
and quickly mix with fork.
Cover and chill.
Makes one 9-inch double crust.
