Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped well and drained
    1 large bag Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    9 beaten eggs
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 lb. butter, melted
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    After frozen, place in plastic freezer bags until needed.
    Bake frozen in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
