Pasta With Broccoli And Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. penne pasta (can use ziti)
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small bunch broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets
1 c. pesto sauce (homemade or bought)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, diced
Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs
Preparation

Oil 9 x 13-inch glass pan or 9-inch casserole.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium heat; add broccoli.
Stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Stir in pesto sauce and remove from heat.
Drain pasta and put into large bowl.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add broccoli mixture to pasta. Stir in Mozzarella.
Pour half of mixture into pan; sprinkle with Parmesan.
Add remaining pasta and sprinkle on more Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes until top browns slightly.
