Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, shredded fine
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chunk pineapple, drained well
    1 c. finely chopped apples
    1 c. salad dressing or margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Drop chopped apple into pineapple juice for a few seconds to keep them from turning brown.
    Drain well and mix with other ingredients.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
