Veal And Spinach Cannelloni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cannelloni tubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 oz. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    12 oz. minced veal
    8 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    pinch of grated nutmeg
    1 1/2 oz. flour
    3/4 pt. milk
    3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook cannelloni according to box.
    Drain well.
    Melt 1 ounce butter in a pan and saute onion until tender. Add veal and cook gently for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add spinach, nutmeg and seasonings.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
