Three-Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 large onion, chopped
    2/3 c. bread crumbs (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 green pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix in a large bowl with hands the meat, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, eggs (beaten with milk) and cheeses.
    Don't overmix.
    Use pan bigger than meat loaf.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    May cook ahead.
    Use microwave to warm up.
    Sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning.
    Serve with mustards, chutneys or hot curried fruit.
