Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms (large)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain grease.
    Crumble bacon.
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Chop stems and fry in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add bread crumbs and cheese.
    Add crumbled bacon; stuff mushroom caps with filling.
    Bake caps at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve hot. Optional:
    Add 1/2 pound browned sausage.
